When the Asparagus Tips Season Begins

Friday:

Arrival in our house in the afternoon. We serve you Welcome coffee and home-baked cake. Then you can make yourself comfortable in your room or relax in our Swimming pool or sauna directly at arrival. You can hike on footpaths for a nice walk in the unspoilt Nature. We have many hiking suggestions ready for you. In the evening you will learn of our characteristic Franconian wines at a Wine tasting in the house. We spoil you with 6 wines of all quality levels and a hearty snack with cheese and homemade butcher sausage.

 

Saturday:

After the rich breakfast buffet we hike together to Schönarts to the self-marketer Spargelhof Schnackig. At an asparagus farm you get an insight into the work of a company management

Learn about asparagus, how and where it grows, why it grows Also called “white gold” and how to make and recognize good and fresh asparagus

On the asparagus field you are allowed to Try asparagus jaw (in). At the farm, pick the asparagus to conjure up and enjoy a delicious menu with Mr Kleinwechter in the evening. In the group, cooking together becomes a sociable and varied experience.

 

Sunday:

After the sumptuous breakfast buffet, you will be well taken care of with new recipes, cooking suggestions and a lot of knowledge about asparagus for back home.
